Marcella started singing at the age of 3 years old, when her parents realized she knew and could sing the song Tomorrow, vocally correct, from the musical Annie, something she had learned from her older sister Larissa.
She started to develop her talents by competing in local talents show and her talents and style would be influenced by her singing inspirations, Christina Aguilera, Carrie Underwood, Whitney Houston, Adele, as well as indirectly by Michael Jackson and the incomparable Ray Charles.
She would go on to sing and perform numerous covers by such artists as Christina Aguilera, Carrie Underwood, Whitney Houston, Adele, Michael Jackson, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift, Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts, Loren Diegle, Reba McIntire, Miranda Lambert.
She has been training with vocal, writing and performance coach Rhonda Parish since June of 2015 as well as writing original songs alongside Music Producer Gary Devon Dotson of NVE Records and Universal Music Distribution.
As well as being a singer, she is currently honing her musical talents in the Cajon drum, Electric Piano, and Acoustic Guitar and she actively participates in the Ten27 Church Worship Team, where she regularly sings at both the Tuesday night Youth Services and Sunday morning Church services. She is currently in the process of writing several original songs, which she will be recording in the near future. Her first release Called “What If” is now available on all digital outlets, and was released in May of 2016! She plans to release her first EP in the Spring of 2019.
